So where do I start' this has to be the most dirty, loud,unsafe place in the everett area. My partner chose the place and we moved in without me seeing too much of it. I was totally horrified from the day we moved in. There was mold in every window and bathroom. All of the appliances in the apartment are broken down and outdated. I had numerous problems with things like washer and dryer. I told the managment about this and the fat lady at the front dest told me, that the apartment was old so I should EXPECT for things to be breaking down and it was probably MY FAULT it broke because I was USING THE APPLIANCES TOO MUCH. When things were always breaking they would never come right away. I put in one repair order and they forgot about it, they ended getting to it around the second year we lived there. There is no privacy at all, the building kind of face each other so people can just peer straight into your apartment and watch you, like you are in a reality show or something.
The landscape is covered in dog poop and little children poop too yuck!
These last few months living there was the worst, the niegbhour's children would run around all hours of night and day and one or two of them would hide in the bushes in their underwear and jump out at people.
There have been several break-ins, about maybe six in the last year and half that I have seen with my own eyes, one was my neighbhours car at around 2 in the afernoon.
Lots of bums and homeless come and wonder around the property at night and also will knock on your door and ask for things( sheriff substation, thats a joke). So you have to lock yourself in and think twice about going to your car after dark.
The managment is okay, there is one or two of them that are just nothing short of trailer trash, especailly the one fat girl, she always has a attitude and makes things very difficult.
Last but not least, they screwed us out of almost every cent of our deposit, they FALSIFIED cleanings and painting on an invoice , which had nothing to do with us, THEY ROBBED US EVEN AFTER WE MOVED OUT.The day we moved was the happiest day of my life in two years, when I think back on it, I wished we moved sooner.
Worst place, uneducated trash managment, terrible area to live in, not even the cheapest in everett, go somewhere else save your money and your sanity.

Well, NO, I am not part of the management! I have lived here for several years. I think you are one of those residents who didn't get there way then it's the managements fault. Or could it be you are just one of those types of residents who were part of the problem! HHMM...
