High priced ghetto community

The neighborhood has a high crime rate, the busy street and gas station make the air smell, and the rental prices are way too high. The company who manages this place is called ConAm (emphesis on the word "con"). Spend $10 more dollars a month and move to a nice community in Lynnwood! Overall, the place is falling apart and parking spaces are never available, unless you want to purchase covered parking which isn't cheap, either. On the positive side, if you're in need of drug dealers, this place is for you!
