Nothing special, but hard to do much better in Everett

I had a large one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The unit had lots of storage space...very nice. Also had full-size washer/dryer hookups, which was nice. My kitchen was a good size, but the cabinets, drawers, fixtures, etc. were in need of renovation. Same goes for the bathroom. The complex in general looks a little tired inside and out, but this is quite common in Everett, and actually Fulton's Crossing is one of the nicer places available.
Overall the apartment was quiet and generously sized. I didn't find the rent expensive. Parking is adequate and guests will probably be able to find a spot to park. The complex is very convenient to the many businesses along Everett Mall Way...you'll find everything you need, except much character of course. Everett's not exactly the place for character and charm, let's face it. The sidewalks pretty much roll up at sundown, too, except for the hot spots Applebee's and Red Robin. These constitute the night life of Everett.
I had trouble with one of the young ladies in the office, who on three occasions told me things that later turned out not to be true. Get it in writing is my advice...it cost me money when I moved out because she'd given me bad information.
