Two times within about 3 months(luckily my roomate and I worked nights)we looked out the window and saw people trying to break into our cars. So we had to run out onto the balcony screaming at them to scare them off and call the police. We had mean neighbors who were apparently racist because they told our other neighbor that they couldn't believe we had black men come over! They always complained about us and we had noise complaints and we weren't even that loud. we were served legal papers and had to pay $25 just because we were served legal warning papers'! we were not evicted though, don't get me wrong. the neighbors were crazy, he could blow his trumpet all day and we never complained, but if we had 5 people over just talking, he filed a noise complaint. They also billed us for something but they sent it to the wrong address after we moved out so it got sent to collections eventually! There fault totally, they could have called they had our numbers. Very unsafe with the cars though a lot of stolen and brake ins in that area.
