If you are moving into this complex expecting decadent living, then you are in for a rude awakening. Is it the Four Seasons' No, it isn't. It's an old complex and it looks it. But the nature is beautiful. They do a marvelous job of keeping up the grounds. There is a ton of water damage, so apartments often smell of mold. Is this safe' Probably not, but half of Washington smells of mold, and we're still kicking. I found the people in the office to be cheery and welcoming and always courteous and helpful. Will your cars be broken into' If you are driving a Rolls, probably. This isn't the best neighborhood. There is little to no security. But luckily there is always a party, so the chances of someone stealing your car are very slim. Yes the complex is very, very, VERY NOISY!!! There are a ton of families and just starting out teenagers and lots of mexican polka. But all in all it was a fine experience and I have had a ton of experiences in apartment complexes. Would I live there again' No, probably not. No.
