I have lived here for over 12 years. I have lived through 3 owners and several managers. The current manager will make promises but never deliver. If you want maintenance done, it will sometimes take several months to get anything done. If I talk directly to the maintenance manager I can usually get things fixed eventually. Neighbors are very noisy. Management will do nothing, but will always ask you to report the next time it happens. They recently hired a security agency that you may call after hours but they are useless. By the time anyone gets here it is too late. People constantly climbing the fence and using the pool after hours (like 11pm to 2am). Laundry rooms are always dirty. I have tried recently for several days to get them to clean them properly but no one will do anything. People with air blowers going through the area constantly blowing garbage from one area to the other. Besides making too much noise, the garbage is still there, just moved around. They are too restrictive on what you can place on you porches. There is no proper cross ventilation and they will not let you install air conditioning. It is too noisy to open the windows. I recomment highly that you do NOT move here.
