I have lived at this complex for a year and a half, and have been dissatisfied all along. My car has been towed so that the night manager could have a spot to park, and then they wouldn't pay for the charges, my fire alarm didn't work for more than 6 months and they didnt bother fixing it until i told them that i would take legal action, mold grows everywhere, the heaters dont keep the place warm and suck a ton of energy, anytime you place anything on your patio, you get a notice from the office to have it removed, but my neighbors pile junk and garbage out on theirs, they charge $75 for the pool key, and if you leave it at the pool, they dont have a lost and found, so you have to pay another $75 to get your own key back from them, my water heater broke twice, the cabinets are falling apart, the bath tub is painted and paint chips are always in the bathwater, daily i witness a girl get beat up by her boyfriend out in the courtyard, the police are always there, the fire alarm gets pulled by kids on a regular basis, smoke detector(when it did work) would go off from making toast, and you couldn't shut it off, space between cabnet and floor where my cat crawls into and gets stuck, gun shots gun shots gun shots, i am always hearing gun shots. i have spoken with the office on MANY MANY occations letting them know i do not want people entering my when i am not present, and they have been, things in my apartment will be moved or even used! i would NEVER NEVER NEVER recomend this place to anyone. when the time to resign a lease came, they didnt offer current residenses the lowered rent that they would for a new tennant, but if the rent would have increased, ours would have gone up.
