This place has a high crime rate. My friend comes to visit me, and his car was broken into twice. The first time they stole over 1200 worth of CD's, sunglasses, cowboy hat, and his bible. This was right before the holidays. The second time was very recent. Instead of stealing the personal items out of his car, they attempted to steal the car itself but were unsuccessful, thank goodness.
The walls are thin and you can hear people talking and I have heard my neighbor snoring.
The management team is awesome. They do their best to accommodate their tenants. Something??s are just out of their control.
Maintance: They have always responded to calls the same day I have put in a work order.
