STILL FIGHTING AFTER 2 YEARS

After moving out, they said I did $400 worth of smoke damage, I dont smoke. they said I did damage to the walls and the carpet. TOTAL B.S.!!! I am still fighting them to get this off my credit report, They claim to have pictures. but fail to produce them. I will be calling a Lawyer. this is rediculus!
