I have only lived in this complex for less than 5 months and already i want the hell out of this place. In the past 2 months alone, my car has been broken into, then it was keyed($3000 worth of damage), then the rims and tires where stolen and my car was left on cement blocks and just last week someone broke into my car and tried to steal it...AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING!!! When confronted about their so-called "security" not doing their jobs, the witches in the office asked me what i expected them to do!' They acted like i had no right to be upset with them and then laughed at my boyfriend when he suggested they get 24 hour security!!! They told us when we moved in that security partolled from 6pm to 6am but neglect to tell you that they also patrol 5 other complexes and are hardly ever here....they didnt even notice that my car was up on BLOCKS!!!!!!!! The Everett Police are always here...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Especially if you have a somewhat decent car...you will regret it! Oh and if you try and get out of your lease like they say you can..it will cost you your rent, your rent plus $100 dollars and any free rent they gave you, you must give it back!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRID!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! They are rude, snotty and just dont care about anythung but getting your rent on time...do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN THE GHETTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is a true story because this couple lives in the next building to me and I saw her car up on the cement blocks as I went to work at 5:30am. It was rather horrible..I FULLY agree with EVERYTHING she wrote

my neighbors had the rims stolen off 2 of their cars and then a home invasion
