I have lived here for 4 months and haven't had any problems. The management staff is awesome, the grounds are beautiful, the apartment is gorgous, and even the neighbors are friendly. No one has attempted to steal my car or anything in it, and I never see the cops here (other than the horizon security guards). Everyone complaining probably is just trying to make themselves feel better about themselves.

I have lived here a little over 1 year now and IT IS HORRIBLE. The rent is TOO expensive and the staff sucks! My fiance's car was broken into three times and on the third time they tried to steal it with a key which they were trying to get fitted to his ignition. The key broke off in his car and their attempt of theft was ruined. You can hear EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING through these paper thin walls. I have heard some interesting converstations. AT night you we can hear the neighbor snoring the upstairs washer going all the time NON STOP.. and the mold is insainly bad. Management is FULLY aware of a meth dealer in Fulton's Landing, security has been called numerous times as well as the police and the drug task force... but yet management does NOTHING eo ensure the safety of their residents. As soon as our lease is up, we are out of here! This place is horrid!!!!!!!!
