I have lived here 9 months. The first thing you hear everyday is a dumpster train being pulled by a golf cart over speed bumps usually 4 at a time waking you up at 9 am. There are several drug users and dealers in this area, but for some reason the apartments seem to keep holding them, instead of jail cells. PARKING SUCKS!!! For the price paid here I could live in seattle. My car has been vandalized and no one can do anything about it. Tons of parties and the security, HA, what security. I happened to be awake at 1 am due to a very loud party and security came through here with a huge light I guess to check out the cars, but did nothing about the noise. The management is very kind they have tried to help us, but their hands are tied. The place is nicely kept, but at a price, you are woken up with weed wacker and lawn mower noise every day, too early and ALL DAY.
