I just want to say a few things after reading some of the complaints here. I live in Fultons Landing but I manage apartments in Redmond. Let me just say that crime is EVERYWHERE not just where you live, it is EVERYWHERE. That being said it is not the managements fault nor the apartments fault that your car gets broken into. If you haven??t noticed but this place is in Everett right down the street from the mall. Everybody knows that Everett isn??t necessarily the safest area...so know that before you move in. But again it is not the managements fault, honestly, put yourself in their shoes for just a second and pretend that a residents car got stolen or broken into. What would YOU do' What CAN you do' If you were living in a house in a neighborhood, you would probably just call the police because that??s really all you can do. Its nobodies fault, not even yours. I??m sure you wouldn??t go and yell at all of your neighbors expecting them to do something because they have nothing to do with it. Just because you live in an apartment doesn??t mean it??s the managements fault. Your car is your own responsibility. Management is simply there to make sure the rules are being followed, to show apartments and do paperwork (amongst other things). When management asks you, what you want them to do, its not because they don??t care its so simple, what DO you want them to do' I just think it is wrong to complain sooo intently about the crime because let me tell you, Redmond has a low crime rate...but it still exists. I work at an upscale community and even we have crime...peoples cars have been broken into here as well. Don??t let that scare you away from a great property. It hasnt happened to me and it might not happen to you either.
Also, I have a very quiet apartment and I even live by the road. I do not hear my neighbors conversations or any neighbor noise for that matter. Keep in mind though this is an apartment, there is going to be noise to some degree.
Also to those complaining about noise in the morning. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am there really isn??t anything management can do after those hours because everybody has the right to be a little louder during those hours. Its not just these apartments either, you will have all of those noises any where else you go because if you want nice looking grounds then they have to come and take care of it, they arent just going to wait for you to wake up, they wait until quiet hours are over so, my suggestion is don??t sleep in after 8am.
Don't let these complaints fool you I love this community and a lot of what people complain about really doesn??t exist in all of the homes. I was fortunate enough to get a home that did not have any problems I suggest you at least try it out because you may not have the same bad experience.
