I have had nothing but problems since I have lived here. Let's start with my BMW getting broken into, then about a month ago my car was actually STOLEN from my covered parking spot. The managment is horrible and if you move here make sure everything is written down and signed and filed...yeah, you will have to do the work. Like I was 300 bucks short one month for rent so called the office and talked to the manager and she said it was fine if I paid by the first of the next month and they went to the court the NEXT day to kick me out... I ended up having to pay not only late fees but lawyer fees for them! So get everything in writing. Oh we ahve a HUGE mold problem also! Nobody will come to do anything. I had to throw away clothes I had in the closet because they actually had MOLD on them! Disgusting, but hey, the managment says we don't have a problem, that we need to wipe out windows when we get of the shower. I could say more but you get the point! This place is ghetto, they just pretend to cover it up.

Well, first of all, it clearly states in the lease that management cannot do anything about your car being broken into. If you owned a house and had your car broken into there, who are you going to throw the blame on? The city? That's just stupid. And who's fault is it that your rent was late? Huh?? Not the managements! If you had paid your rent on time like a responsible tennent, you wouldnt have anything to complain about, now would you? And mold??? Are you seriously trying to blame them for something that is clearly your fault? It doesn't just magically grow in certain apartments. If your place was clean, the clothes werent on the floor, and stuff was done to keep your place clean, you wouldn't have had a problem with that either. I have lived here for almost 18 months and have never once had a problem with anything or anyone here. This place is actually really awesome and is a GREAT place to live... as long as you are a responsible person who doesn't think they need to blame the world for everything to make themselves feel better!
