I had to take an apartment here sight unseen, they kept saying that it was under construction. I moved out 2 years later when they wanted to raise my rent by 24%. I paid $140.00 to someone to clean the place real well when I moved out. They didn't contact me about my deposit till 22 days later, the state says they must notify you in 14 days. Now they are trying to charge me $80 for carpet cleaning, after I left the place spotless. Also, the place smelled of mold from day one. I was told that I have no case unless I report it to them in writing, keep a copy, then show they knew about the mold and did nothing. Now I have to take time off work, take them to court for $80 bucks to get my deposit back. DON'T trust these people. Take pictures when you move in and out. And have witnesses.
