We moved here in May 2005($765/mo.) and have lived here ever since. Renewed our lease in Nov. 2006($785/mo.). Now a year later, they're wanting to raise our rent to $900 . It's ridiculous. They say our apartment is worth over $1000 on the market, when they haven't even touched it the whole time we've been here. The rest of the apartments that ppl have moved out of have been remodeled, but ours hasn't. So it's BS that they're wanting to raise it that much. Don't get stuck like we are.

Market rents in the area have raised. Check out the prices of other communities...$900 is a steal. The same is happening all over South Everett. Umm How are they going to remodel your apartment with you still in it??? You want a remodeled apartment...go in and ask them for one.
