I have read all the reviews on this place and find my self wondering were everyone gets these funny stories. My husband I have been here since July and we really like it here considering our last apartment in Marysville. We love how well the office takes care of us and really treat my husband and I with respect. Infact my husband needed to use their fax & copy machine and they helped him out. It was so nice. We do love how there is someone always cleaning here, and the maintence has been extremely amazing with fixing our bath tub. We had left for a while and came back and our facet was leaking we notcied we had some mold. So I went down to the office and they said they would have someone right away..which I knew it might take a while. It truely is not a problem for me to clean my bath tub and wait a day for maintence. Infact they came the next morning and replaced the whole facet. We have never noticed any problems with parking or stolen cars. My husband and I both have nice cars but thats why we have renters insurance!
I can't seem to understand why no one has renters insurance. We pay $13 a month for a $100,000 deductable. It covers our cars, our computers, flood, everything!!! All these people that are sewing this apartment complex wont get very far considering you should have had renters insurance. These are apartments, they are not million dollar homes. Of course you will here your neighbors, of course there will be police called for whatever, and yes there might be even a stolen car. But the least you can do is get renters insurance. And if you do decided to move in. Maybe you should take high consideration on taking pictures, get a note pad write everything you see, make copies of everything, and write down everything maintence has done. Everything has tobe in writing in order for people to understand, many people say lots of things, but it's best to write things down.

What? Are you basically saying you love it there, but only because it's okay for you to have your things stolen or damaged?! Yes, maintenance is the best thing I encountered at this complex. Maybe you love it there because you've only lived there a few months. My first review of this place was positive until I found myself having to talk to the office staff every three to four months about problems with my rent, problems with parking, problems with noise, and problems with the apartment. You know what makes a great place to rent? An attractive apartment in an attractive setting where you can't hear your neighbors and never have to contact the rental office. To say it's a great place to live because you're insured is the most retarded thing I've ever heard. That would make ALL apartments "great places to live"! And yes, I had renters insurance the entire time I was a renter. I now own a house. The only reason I'm visiting this site is because I thought about getting yelled at by that same "friendly" office staff you mentioned and felt like I should post my experience about it.

Yes its nice that they take care of the landscaping and such, but its not just the curb appearal that makes a complex like this nice or not nice! I don't know what office staff you are talking about, even though i have to admit, they ARE nice, but what does nice buy me, if my toilet (i reported that at move in in FEB) has yet to get fixed, the dripping faucet (also reported in feb) still dripps happely my money down the drain, and the garbage disposal i reported broken 2 weeks ago, stinks up the whole apt and attracts those nasty little flies, that go into everything food or drink! Yeah so, nice is good, but them actually doing something exspecially their job, would be much NICER!
