Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2007-01-01
We moved in in the end of 2005 and was paying $560. It is now 2007 and our rent is now $930mo plus w/s/g on top of the rent. Nothing in our apt. works and we have had maint. here a billion times. My car & 7 of my neighbors cars were broken into. Our laundry has been stolen out of the wash room 4 times this year and my top step of our stair case(outside) fell apart one day and I was hurt. All of the wood is roten and all my neighbors that just moved in will be leaven as soon as their lease is up. We have a 2 bathroom and only 1 of them works. We have sink holes in the master bdrm's floor. There is never any parking and you have to park at AM/PM some nights or take the chance of getting towed. I video taped a drug deal going on in front of my house 1 night and neither the cops or the apts did anything so a few of us that live in this bld took it in to our own hands.The only good thing about these apts are the Maint. staff. Ben & Art are great. Sadly we will be moving when our lease is up and will miss them very much. Please look somewhere else if you want a nice place to live. Trust me. The staff when we moved in wes great but the staff we have now is useless and very rude!
