Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
no parking after 6PM, mold and moisture on every window. poorly built and when stuff does break management will not fix it even if you bug them consistently. They will not notify you of package deliveries and loose your packages of upwards of 2 months sometimes. My neighbors had their door kicked in and knives put to their throats in a home invasion and people are always fighting in the courtyards.
