THEY GAVE US A HARD TIME WHEN WE MOVED-OUT.

Don't count on getting your $100.00 refundable deposit. They will automatically take $50.00 to have the carpets professionally cleaned if you lived in the apartment for less than 2 years. So that means you might get $50.00 back, if they like you.
If your Military, they will charge you $200.00 non-refundable, but you will have to pay $50.00 to get the carpet cleaned when you move-out.
Parking is horrible after 7pm. Parking lots in front of buildings are tighter. I have a new car and not even a week later, I got a bunch of door dings, Other cars have parked so close to my car that I had to get in on the passenger side.
DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THE OFFICE. YOU WILL FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE WHEN YOU START HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APARTMENT AND WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.

I am not a resident there, but I have worked in the industry before. The comment I want to make is that what kind of credibility do you have and what kind of basis do you have on other people when you post the comment anonymously. I think it intrigues me the stuff people say about others when they are angry. It sounds to me, it must've been a horrible life for you while living there.

Since when did it ever matter if someone inserted a name or left it anonymously?I'm sure your name is not adam green, and your probably an employee of Fulton's crossing that had to deal with this problem..Funny how this guy ONLY commented on this review..

Yeah, we had to pay about 1K in deposit fees to get my husband and my place, and they never gave any of it back and we cleaned everything like crazy. They waited a couple of weeks to check out the apartment and by that time the mold had grown back. This place has really bad mold, too!
