My mold problem is getting out of control

No matter how much bleach I put on the mold, it always comes back a few days later! I called the building management but no one responded, so I left a message. Two weeks later, still no sign of anyone coming to get rid of my mold problem, so I had to call health and social services.
A few key things about the apartments they haven't mentioned.
Pool & hottub. I have never seen them clean them EVER. Plus, you can only use them for 2 months out of the year.
BBQ, they're all rusted through so you can't even use them. And, I found a huge rat by one of them last summer that was dead and decapitated, and there were tons of kids playing next to it. I called the building management and they let it sit there for a good week and a half before someone else got sick of looking at it and being scared about the child safety.
Parking is OK, but my car has been broken into numerous times and the management didn't seem to care.
Utilities, you pay for all of them... and they are so kind to plug up these carpet cleaning vans up to your building so YOU have to pay for them to clean someone else's apartment. Isn't it great'
Playground, there isn't one. There isn't even one close. All the kids just break windows and ride their bikes and scream all day.
Health issues, you will have major health issues from living around the mold.
This place makes me sick.

There's mold everywhere in the state of WASHINGTON. I live in a house, and I still have mold issues, but I have to clean them. Lucky for you, you don't have to. haha. its so funny. maybe you should live where the management can control the weather, or the way you live.

I clean my mold every week. And guess what, it's always back! YOu can clean all you want, but it's not right to have holes from outside going into your apartment and have no one fix them. Infact, it's not right that I had to go a month without a toilet because the hose connected to the wall rusted and my bathroom was flooded.
The problem is... THEY DON"T CLEAN IT, infact, THEY DON"T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM.
This place would be better off if broken down.

This review is not helpful at all. I have been there looking at apartments a few times for my mom. After looking around this is one of the nicer places for the money. The grounds have always been VERY clean, I have not yet seen any kids running around screaming and breaking windows...I didn't see any windows that were in need of repair either (I might add that each time I went was during the day on the weekend). The fact that you can only use the pool a few months out of the year has nothing to do with the complex. The pool looked extremely clean to me...just because you haven't seen them clean it doesn't mean it hasn't been done, I clean my house all the time and my family doesn't see me do it yet it is always done. What does the fact that you can only use the pool a few months out of the year have to do with the apartment complex...we live in Washington State...you wouldn't use the pool at any complex more than that?! I don't believe for a moment that someone went an entire month without a toilet.

who are these idiots that keep sticking up for the this dump. I dont know how to even start writing a review because every second I've been here has been a disaster. I mean, honestly, do you want to hear about my deadbolt thats broken 3 times due to the pressure on it from the settling foundation (they keep trying to make me pay for the new locks)or do you want to hear about the fact that the oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer werent hooked up for the first month i lived here. Maybe youd prefer to hear about how I have security on speed dial because of all the idiots who throw beerbottles off their balcony all weekend long. Or how the front office had a package for me that they never told me about even though it clearly said "postal perscription services" on the box. Did I mention that the office lost the master key to my apartment and didnt tell me until I called a few months for a maintenance call.
My lease is up in 4 months and I am counting down the days until I can move out.

Comments...let's see. It's pretty obvious that the people or person who is making ANY positive posts are the numb-nuts who work/own the apt's or have a personel interest in it. I feel sorry for those resident's who DO have problems and for those that don't--consider yourselves VERY lucky! I don't even live CLOSE to Everett but the name of the apt's came up because of some of the trash living there ie; "Toddler found left alone in smoking apartment".

I'm looking for my pet rat who was lost a few months ago. He is pretty big and his name is Sparky. Has anyone seen him recently?

I love this place! I have 2 snakes in my apartment and never have to buy them food, or have to buy my daughter penicillin, we just scrape it off the wall.
