The mold is bad. The model is not what the apartment really is....poor !!!

No parking after 6pm. The mold is so bad. Even if you leave the fan running in the bath all day. Which runs your bill up. I read these reviews and still moved here. What a idiot. The model apt. and the grounds fooled me. It looks so nice compared to others. Its not. The model is though. Its the only one!!! The 3 nights I lived here I drove around for almost a hour for a parking spot. Finally I slept at at my old place on the floor. Can u believ that. It happend two nights in a row!!! There is no other places either to park around. This place is huge. I drove the entire thing againand again. Covered parking is now $40. a month for one spot. The tanning bed you have to go get a key at the other office, and its not available after 5pm or 6pm. its a hassle. I would' t do it. You could rent a duplex cheaper than here.

the tile in the bathroom and kitchen is painted with a spray on liner as is the kitchen counter, any cleaning at all will make it flake off the tile
