Unfortunately as a soldier I lived here for three (3) years and have seen this property decline very fast since new management took over. My main issuse is that they allow anyone to move-in without properly checking the identity of the applicant which is a major issue. They fail to see the significance of the matter because they only want to turn a profit due to the declining economy. As a servicemember I am disappointed at these so call professionals who support this and yes, they are illegal immigrants who have obtain someone elses information such as there social security numbers, names, dates of birth, etc..This residence should be ashamed, I have reported this to the property manager but she has failed to follow up with me. She has no integrity her reply is " trust me and I will do my part" you know the whole spill of taking care of the situation. I have reported them to Holland Residential Headquarters. Using someone elses identity is tough in this economy, it does not matter what profession you are in, its tough to get your credit and finances back in-line once someone who doesnt care has destroyed that. Please be careful and think twice about moving here. Yes, the property may look good on the outside but on the inside the management and staff is corrupted.
