Pros:
great military specials
community gatherings
some helpful managment
Security at night
Lowered rent for military the regular price for a 1/1 apartment (770 square feet) was 910.00 at the time
Cons:
over priced
things broke all the time
Crime
Noisy neighbors
No parking
Rude head managment
towing your car if it stays in one spot for to long(covered or uncovered)
Very cheaply done apartments
