In the time I've lived here they've gone, two managers & three assistant managers. The management keeps getting worse not better. They focus on keeping your deck clean & paying your rent on time. Tenants complaints or requests are ignored. Their maintenance crew is a joke played at the tenants expense. When repairs are finally done, they're done incorrectly, then you have to wait for them to redo them. If you continue to complain you are targeted by the management. The corporate office, doesn't care & doesn't want to be bothered. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors sneezing & their conversations in bed. The security use to be good two years ago. Now our mailboxes are broken into & vandalism done to cars.Their gym is a farce & they charge too much for pets. The review on 12-22-03 is right on. The view is good. Look elsewhere.
