I am a current tenant at Greensview. The mailboxes were broken into two weeks ago. The manager didn't feel it was important enough to notify us until a week later when the mailboxes were broken into AGAIN. When I asked her why, with identity theft so prevalent, she didn't bother letting us know she responded: "I've had a lot on my plate". Totally uncaring. And the mailboxes are still broken. No attempt by the management to get the USPS out to fix it or to fix it themselves. Just told to go to the everett mail station to pick up my mail. If I wanted to do that I'd just get P.O. box. Incredibly inconvenient.

Also, I requested a broken light be fixed outside my apartment door about six weeks ago. I come home late and I'd like to be able to see who might be nearby when I unlock my door. Still unfixed.

They have chosen to use a landscaping firm that starts using power tools at 8 a.m. every monday during the summer. The walls are so thin it's very hard to sleep later due to the noise. I work late so I sleep later than most.

I'm very unimpressed with the new owners and management. The old management at least seemed to give a damn. I will be looking for something else very soon.
