I've lived at Greensview for almost 3 years now and couldn't be happier. I originally moved here because it was so close to Boeing and I was looking to eliminate my commute. Now it takes me 3 minutes to get to work. I haven't had any of the problems these other folks are talking about, and the new management has been great in my opinion. The grounds are always beautiful and the maintenance men seem friendly and well qualified, no problems there. There was an apartment with some undesirables living in it for a couple of months, but they disappeared quickly and it's been quiet since. I like that I can have my dog here and you can't beat the view of the golf course. It's a big place, about 150 apartments I think, so I guess with that many it's hard to keep every single person happy. Oh in response to the mailbox break ins, I know from listening to the news that breakins were happening all over Everett during that time, even private homes. Not all of the boxes were broken into, only just one side was. One of the gals in the office was telling me how frustrated they were because new ones had to be ordered and shipped and it took weeks to get them. Those girls do the best of anywhere I've lived previously cause I've seen soem pretty rude managers, and if you talk to them like real people they will go out of their way to help you with anything at all. I would like to see some new equipment for the weight room soon though.
