Hampton Court does have it ups and downs. Some tenants are very loud with their music, others are very quiet. There is a lot of police activity here, (check police reports) I know that there have been at least 3 cars stolen from here in the past 6 months. Yes, there is mold in the bathrooms, gross pink stuff, then you clean and clean and it won't get clean. It makes you feels sick. The managment team I feels tries their best, but sometimes there best is not good enough. The children are very distructive to everything and don't seem to care about other's property, but that is their parents problem. And as Arlene(the manager) always says, "If you don't like it you can feel free to leave!" The bedrooms are very small. NO STORAGE!!!! They do have a full size washer and dryers, and very big living rooms, the kitchen isvery big with lots of cabinet space. The apartment itself makes you feel like you are in a real home.
There you go the truth. Some good some bad, but don't take my word for it check it out for yourself.
