We have lived in Hampton Court Apts. for 6 years and believe me it is one of those rare apartments where you actualy feel at home. I spent 20 years in the USAF and in that time my wife, kids and I (we have two daughters) have lived many differant apartments both in the states and abroad, of them all I would rate Hampton Court to be the best of the bunch. Sure you will find larger or newer or even better designed units if you look but a good part of enjoying apartment living is in the atmosphere. The managers, (Bob and Arline Kilman) are the friendliest managment team I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Any maintenance concerns, be it routine or an emergancy are dealt with in a quick, courtious and professional manner. They make you feel like a neighbor and not a tennant. For these reasons alone I would continue to live here, however there is more! As a rule Everett seems to have a normal/high crime rate as is true of most places of this size. Hampton court seems to have a "crime shield"''' I can't personaly explain why but you almost never ever see a Police cruiser stopped here. They patrol the streets of course but thats about it. Other Apt. complex's in the area have had to resort to "rent a cops" for security. This is true almost nation wide. Hampton Court apartments has yet to need this measure. As you can see we really like it here. You can take this posting as the truth and I feel that most if not all residents of our fine little community feel the same way. Stop by, meet the management, meet some of the residents and I think you will agree; Hampton court apartments are HOME! By the way, I have been in no way asked by the managment nor paid for my comments, I just saw some of the slanderous comments left here and had to set the record straight!!!
