WHAT A DUMP!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The first thing you see here is all the furniture and garbage sitting around the place. The lawns are not kept up and the entire place is nothing but a dump. BAD! BAD! BAD! There are also cockroaches in many apartments. The projects are better suited for human life than these places.
