Hello Everyone, I am writing this because of the awful, hurtful, slander, liabel things that are being said about our beautiful complex here in Everett, WA.
Computer technology is a wonderful thing, until someone uses it in a poor, unjust, untruthful manner. (Like this person is doing.) No one has brought ANY of these bad reviews to our attention, we have 112 apartments, and NOT (1) person from any of those 112 apartments have come to my office about any of the listed problems.
We have been here 5 years and we have great report with our current residents and past residents. All we ever hear are: how wonderful our apts are:(free of mold, free of cockroaches, free of anything awful), how wonderful we are as managers: (quick maintenance response, friendly office staff, etc.), how wonderful everyone is that lives here: (no police activity, no drugs, no gang activity, no noise, etc.)!!!!! IT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE!!!
Now, just don't take our words for it, come by and see for yourself, we would be very happy to show you around, you can talk to any of our residents and decide from there.
We feel that the person making all of these "FALSE STATEMENTS" either: 1. is mad at us for asking them to move or moved out and owes the apts. money and is taking out a personal vendetta on us, 2. is talking about another Hampton Court Apts, (there are at least 3 others in the area), 3. may be a competitor.
So, we feel sorry that this individual is so upset and has nothing better to do than type this rubbish. There are correct ways to handle this. Come talk to management in the office, we want to get you help and we can't until you call or visit us.!
