I've lived in hampton court apartments for 4 months now. I have very friendly neighbors and the place is quite affordable and spacious. I like the layout and live that you have 10 parking spots per 4 plex. I however get slugs crawling in my kitchen about once a week or so. I talked to the apartment manager and she said it was normal, and politely that I would have to deal with it. There is also a fence behind my house, or there used to be. It has been knocked down since I moved into the place. And ofcourse was told that it would be fixed promptly. I complained to the manager over a month and half ago now and the fence is still laying behind my apartment. They haven't even came and picked up the fallen peice yet which lay broken on the ground. Kids come play on them occasionally, since the unit is right next to the playground. I also must complain about the kids as many others on this site have. They are noisy and nosey. But I myself am noisy as well, so it is what it is. Other then that i love the place, no crime that I've been aware of, and I see sheriffs patrol through occasionally.
