Not too affordable anymore

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
It was affordable for what you got at around $700-800 but they brought in new management which has jacked up the price to $925 for the same apartment plus wanting to charge you for utilities based on the amount of people in your home. All told it is an almost $225 increase.
