Where is management'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
I have lived here awhile, and the manager is nice, but - where are they' It has been a few days since the office has been opened and i need to pay my rent. It seems to me the office isn't open very much anymore. I can't get my packages when I want. Otherwise, everything is okay. Thank you.
