I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now and never really had problems except the drunks driving home and hitting many cars before they get into their parking spot. The residents are loud and let their kids run all over. I have seen many kids under 3 without any supervision. I have kids myself and NEVER let them outside unsupervised. The grounds in the front are well kept but come to the back area. That is a totaly different story. Then there is the skate park with lots of drugs, foul language and violence. I am very luck to have one or two good neighbors, the rest are loud rude and very disrespectful. They let their kids pee outside and throw their garbage where ever they want. I hate it here but have no choice but to stay until my lease is up. It takes forever to get anything fixed and it seems management does not really care to much about the residents unless they like you.

Show pictures of kids peeing on the grounds to management. They'll let you break your lease.
