I've been here for over 6 months and they have new staff every time you go into the office.
The places are not kept up well, they are old and obviously the company doesn't want to put any money into them.
There are getto people that live here with rug rat packs of kids that run around screaming with no adult watching at all hours.
Our place smells so bad like smoke that all of our furniture and clothes smell like an old motel room. We don't smoke but we sure smell like stale smoke no matter where we go.
The staff is nice, but once you meet them once they are gone. I looked at Shilo on here which is the other place this company owns and it looks like they do the same thing there. Must be company wide.
There is always crime and it's not a place you can feel safe walking around in the evening. Cars broken into, getto tenants causing problems, etc. I hear they just fired the night patrol and haven't seen one since, either not on sight or something.
Don't live here.
