Carpet was filthy, pet deposit is huge, but apartment is a good size. Apartments on the main street (128th) are very noisy. There is good parking but none is covered. The indoor spa has been broken for at least 8 months. Swimming pool open only 2 months. Interior woodwork is totally shot with broken doorframes. Inside electrical repairs were done quickly. Stairs are very steep. Top floor balcony has no roof so deck is useless. There has been a complete change of office staff 3 times since February 2004.

I don't recommend this place. You can find nicer places at a cheaper rate.

PS. When I moved out I left the place in exactly the same condition including the carpet which was stained (and documented as such) when I moved in. I was sent a bill for the carpet to be replaced when it had not changed in condition. In the final walk-through before I left, nothing was said about charging me for the carpet. I will fight this injustice.
