I moved here when I turned 19, only because I had no credit and this way a place to establish credit for me. I would not trade that in at all. But, I had no problem with laundry being stolen. My ex-boyfriend's friend knew I was a dancer and decided to break into my apt one night we were out. They tore up my place searching for money in between my matress (was not there)I use to keep my extra money in the kitchen cabinet. All they stole was a playstation. I have since learned from this experience. That was the only part I did not like living here. I later moved to Keeler's Corner, then Portsmith. Portsmith, I would recommened.
