We moved in and after giving huge deposits,found that the living conditions were appalling!The oven never worked properly,there was mold in every room,there was no damper on the fireplace unuseable,parties,young tennants and parties,kids broke into our truck and spread feces all over,caught them red handed,tree broke on our car,carpet was worn and stained,no security,few safety lights,crack pipes&needles strewn about big turnover in staff.cleaned to better and they kept deposits HiHoHiHo it's off to court we go.oh and dog poop everywhere.take pictures and document everything.cops are nice,fast response time.get everything in writing the story will change the next day.4 different managers in 2 years all saying different things.they made us take our flag down,how is that for Everett a Navy town''''they charge back rent when they forget to increase the rates then charge late fees and fines for their own mistakes.good tennants are forced out and accused of not being neighborly because we complained of the parties that go on til 3am.
