The office is a dump & there have been 3 managers & 6 office workers since I've been here. There is a Spanish worker just to deal with Hispanic renters who speak no English & notices are often printed in Spanish for them. Mamager is never around & when he is he promises you the world & it never gets done. Maintenance is horrible & you have to wait months to get anything done. Only 1 maintenance worker speaks English. Alot of people here are slobs & often throw trash on ground instead of in dumpsters. Apartments are old, way out of style, & not modern at all. Noise level is bad & you can here the person above you taking a shower, flushing toilet, & walking around. Parking is assigned, but there's always someone in your space & nothing is done about it. Apartments are overpriced for what you get. No washer/dryer in unit & you have to go out to a laundry room which is a pigsty. Wahers/dryers are often dirty & in ill repair. Grounds are a joke what there is of them. I found a newly remodled place with a washer/dryer in unit for $75. less a month & can't wait to get out of here. About the only good thing I can think of, if there is one, is the neighborhood is nice, but the tenants here make it awful. STAY AWAY!
