We have lived her for roughly 14 months now seen it go from bad to worse. Maintenance is horrible. When we first moved in the heater in our son's room didn't work, took them two weeks to get it replaced. Maintenance is half assed at best. You call them up, wait a week, nothing, call them back and you might get a response. Just recently we called about getting them to finish replacing the seal around the door and the faulty door nob. It's been a week and still waiting. Paying $800 for a dinky 2 bedroom worth maybe $600. We have seen as many as seven sherrif cars out in front of our building to quell varrious disturbances. Definitely not the place to raise a family. Really expensive for what you get. Please avoid, there are better complexes out there.
