They say they are working on solving the gang problem, but that isn't true. Tagging has gotten worse. The trash around here on the ground is disgusting. Beer bottles, energy drink cans, pop cans, ice cream wrappers and sticks, etc. The children go around destroying the bushes and nobody does anything. They have people in vans going through the complex selling a variety of things and they don't stop it (and I am not talking about the ice cream trucks, they have a business license). Nobody in the office lives here and I doubt they even leave the office to even show an apartment. They just tell a prospective renter that what they are looking for is available and show them on a map. This place has become a slum over the past 3 years since Coho hired a new property manager (again, doesn't live here)

It isn't hard to imagine what you went through there...it is a horrible place. We were unable to use our ground floor living room window because it was used as a urinal...I said hey I am standing right here...he didn't care...we found needles and used condoms also in the litter. When we complained about the noise,drug sales,endless parties,the management saw fit to kick US out instead of the trouble makers....IDIOTS.. altho' I am happy to be out!
