My husband and I were very happy with the apt. overall. Parking for vistors is very limited. Garage was great. Jim James (Supervisor Maint.)was very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is about our lease. We lived there 10 and a half months. Signed a one year lease ...which said that if you lost your job you could break your lease. My husband lost his job and we still paid our rent for 6 months after that. But just couldn't do it anymore.We even had to leave the state to look for work. The office said "no problem" but still charged us for the remaimder of the lease($1450.00). Even though we gave a 35 day notice and had the apt cleaned.As a matter of fact they gave us a $75 credit for cleaning. But still want us to pay for breaking the lease...even though the reason was loss of employment...which is a legal reason. So that's our only complaint.
