Parking here is terrible if you have more than 1 car. And if you leave your car sitting for more than 3 days you get a bright green sticker on it. It is pretty quiet here thou, and a good value cause you get a garage with the apt, and rent isnt too much. There have been a few break in's and some loud noise at night. My only noise complaint is the garbage truck every other morning crashing around the cans.
But overall a nice value and a nice place for the last 2 years.
