Been here for just a few months so keep that in mind in reading my review. I received 1st month free and was not required to pay security deposit which was very nice. Only fee was $99 for application bu then $100 was taken off my 2nd month's rent so I broke even.

Moved in, reported 3 minor problems to maintenance, and had them fixed within the day. Very expedient service, friendly help, and I was completely satisfied with the results. Couldn't ask for more.

Quiet complex, well-maintanined grounds, friendly residents, proximity to I-5 (1/2 mile), proximity to Everett Mall (1/3 mile), proximity to Everett Police Substation (1/4 mile), and personal parking garage all made this complex appealing enough for me to choose it.

To let you know that there really isn't anything significant enough to complain about I'll mention my two biggest complaints. One, guest parking is sparse. Two, my garage is about 100 steps from my door. I am happy knowing that these complaints are trivial to the ones I have had at past complexes.
