This apartment complex is very poorly designed. There are to many apartments in to small of a space. The roads around the apartment are narrow and there is no light at night in most of the complex. They offer a garage for one car, but beware if you have two cars one will have to go in their overflow parking lot and your car WILL be broken into and your stereo and goods WILL be stolen--like mine were! Every other car here has a window taped up from these petty theives. The only way I have been able to protect my car is by installing an alarm, a club, and parking in front of the office, which means not moving my car for days if I can so I can get a spot. As for the apartment complex itself, it is built very cheap and the the walls are like PAPER. You will hear your neighbor cough or take a bath and they will hear you talking. The entrance to the apartments is like a dorm and you will have to touch three to four dirty handles to get upstairs and bringing furniture in will be a CHALLENGE through the narrow staircase with no elevators. The people here are a huge mix of deadbeats and working people, which leads it to be like a large melting pot. I am a female and I have been stalked at night while in this complex. Apartment management though is very helpful and friendly and they do the best they can to make you happy in a not so nice complex. They gave us free rent for a month when my car was broken into.
As for the area in Everett it is located right across from the mall and shopping. Everett however is not that nice and you are better off somewhere in Bellevue, Lynwood, Mulkilteo, or Redmond. Also, this is one of the most expensive apartments in Everett--so beware signing that 12 month lease!!!!
