The grounds are nice despite being backed by a strip mall and a cemetary. The building exteriors are cute and well maintainted. Yes, the stairwell seems a bit shabby but I've seen much worse. I've never feared for my safety while living there for over a year and the staff is very friendly and have managed to remember my name (and my apartment number by the time I left ;) still a good effort). Garage parking was included in my rent so the prices are a bit high for the everett area, but that privacy was nice. I did have to walk half way across the property to get to the garage, but what's a little walking compared to scraping ice off the windshield'

All in all, the 1 bed layout I was in was well spaced with a good sized, open kitchen and decent living area. Except for the request to remove a old hornet's nest from the garage door, maintianance was timely. It took them three tries to get that scheduled right. My neighbors respected my privacy and were pretty quiet all around. I would recommend looking into HPA as long as you're not looking for luxury. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
