Hunting parks staff is fantastic, Both in the office and Maintenance. Outside of that the apartments are VERY shabby, My building had ants because the building was "wet" and they still raised rates even tho they could not get rid of them.
The front door has been bent and broken since I moved in, Mold and mildew on the window sills because the windows are so thin, constant cleaning is needed, Tile and Wallpaper in both kitchen and bathrooms are horrible. Cabinets are old and falling apart. Overall the units are getting old and need to be redone badly.
