Huntington Park Apartments is a decent place to live. Nothing special but not horrible either. Staff members maintenance are pleasant. I wasn't too thrilled with the blue kitsch wallpaper in the kitchen or bathroom, but that became less important as our months here went on.
The worst part about these apartments are the extremely thin walls. I thought we could deal with loud sex or music, but instead we got children. Imagine two squalling children sharing your wall, who cry for a good hour during bedtime, and whose parents occasionally come in to yell at them. And this takes place during the 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. hours when we are trying to sleep. This fosters a very unhealthy opinion towards these neighbors, especially when the pair of small children are sometimes let out unsupervised in the foyer and go about trying to open doors or when water leaks into our bathroom from their apartment. We are currently thinking about switching the bedroom into the living room and vice versa to escape our very rude and poor parental figure neighbors.

Well it's obvious that you don't have any children of your own! Someday if you ever do you will understand how difficult it can be to get children to go to bed at any time without crying some of the time. Unfortunately for those of you people without children who have a hard time dealing with it you have no recourse! Since it is against the law for the apartment complex to complain about any unrealistic issues with children. Because that is discrimination! Hope you have better luck next time!

It might be obvious I don't have children of my own, but it should also be obvious that these neighbors had very poor skills as parents. If you feel that screaming obscenities to your children to get them to bed after an hour of crying and letting them roam around the apartment complex barefoot and unsupervised is "normal parenting" then I pity your neighbors. However, they did move out and Huntington Park became a much better place and is the reason why I changed my answer to recommend this apartment complex.
