this is my second time living here and i love it! free garages, affordable rent, and a safe community! im on the first floor and i feel safe here (being a navy wife thats important since they are ALWAYS gone!). the apartments are decent .. not the nicest but really not bad! spacious floor plans, the office staff is amazing!! the walls are pretty thin but what do expect in an apartment' im on the bottom floor and the people above me run around as hard as they can all night long but thats to be expected for living in apartments! if you can't handle hearing the couple next to you have sex or scream at their kids or eachother, or alarm clocks going off, or tvs/music, people walking above you then apartment living isnt for you so find a house!! a cop patrols around in here (its right behind the everett police station) every day/night! there is plenty of guest parking! it really is a nice/ safe community!
